By default Advanced WC Analytics sends user-id data to Google analytics. But any case you do require to disable that feature then disabling User-ID tracking in AWCA is simple and can be done by unchecking or checking a box in the Plugin Settings >Tracking Settings under the GDPR Compliance section.
