Here are checklist and steps to follow while adding Advanced WC Analytics plugin to your website.

1.  You will require to have a Active Google Analytics Account. If you do not have any, create a account for Google Analytics.
2. You require to have property associated with your website in your google account. If you do not have any associated website property you can create one using steps mentioned in this article.
3. You also need to have WooCommerce Plugin activated in your website.
4.  Finally you require to have valid license key and Latest pro plugin files to activate Advanced WC Analytics on your website. If you do not have this then you can sign up for pro version. You can also download our free plugin from WordPress.org with limited features.

1. Once you purchase pro version of plugin you will receive License Key of Plugin and also login credentials for freemius account on your registered email address. By using credentials you can get latest files for pro version of plugin. If you facing any issues for same feel free to contact us.
2. Login as an administrator to your WordPress Website. Now select Add New Option Under Plugins in Admin Menu.
3. Click Upload Plugin Link besides  Add New Plugins.  Upload .Zip file of Pro Plugin you downloaded in first step. Now hit Install Now button to Installing Plugin on your website. you can also unzip pro plugin zip file in your plugins directory for installing into website. (wp-content/plugins/)
4. Deactivate and Uninstall any other Google Analytics or Facebook Pixel Plugin you may be using to avoid any conflicts.
5. Activate the plugin through the Plugins menu in the WordPress administration panel.

You can find plugin settings in main admin menu with name Advanced WC Analytics. If you do not see it just scroll down or move to all plugins page.

Other plugin is not tracking WooCommerce events then answer is yes But we do not recommend to do so, because our plugin provide all Google Analytics functionalities which require by your WooCommerce Website.

In above case you still want to use other Google Analytics Plugin. Just make sure to select option Do not track pageviews to avoid conflict with other plugin for tracking general information.

Yes, Pro Plugin have functionality for this but you need to enable it from “Tracking Settings” tab of plugin settings. You also need create a User-ID view in Google Analytics V3  (Universal Analytics) to see information.

After finishing plugin configuration login to your Google Analytics account and check your real-time reports if you configured perfectly in your WooCommerce Website then it will show current pageviews and different real time occuring events there.

For Managing your account subscription, you need to login to your buyers account at freemius using crdentials you have received on your registered email address while purchasing pro version of plugin as shown below.

Once you logged in your freemius account click menu link named as Renewals and Billings. Once you click on link you will be have different renewals information will be displayed and you can perform action such like changing current plan of plugin, cancel current subscription, updating payment methods and others as shown in below in screenshot.

Any very rare cases above issue arise.(Mostly when payment fails or not processed successfully) In this case you need reach out to us using this link. Here you need to specify your registered email address, your name, website url and date & time of your purchase.
